Section 10 of the Terms of Service governs the procedures and periods for export, switching and erasure.

I provide the export as a ZIP archive.
Excluded data and assets
The export does not include the FreelanceLink software including its source code, internal infrastructure configurations and service-wide security rules, or credentials and authentication secrets. Data on internal functioning is covered by this exclusion only where there is a risk of breaching trade secrets and the exclusion does not impede or delay switching. Account-related configurations are not excluded merely because they serve operational or security purposes.
Known limitations
The export transfers data and digital assets usable by you. It does not include the FreelanceLink software or any commitment that a destination provider offers the same features or can import the exported data without adaptation.
